TERMS OF SERVICE
By commissioning me you are agreeing to the following terms.
Type of commission:
I only do digital art commissions. You will receive a digital file of the artwork. No physical copies of the artwork are included unless stated otherwise.Commission uses:
- If you wish to make a physical print of your commission, please inform me beforehand.
- Prices are for personal use only; no commercial use allowed. You may not profit from the art, sell prints or products, etc. You can make prints for personal use.
- If you wish to distribute your commission for profit, you will be subjected to commercial prices. Further discussions will also be required.
-You may resize or crop the artwork to create icons, wallpapers, or other graphics to be used in non-commercial digital format, but you cannot alter the artwork itself.
-By commissioning me, you’re purchasing my artist labor and a digital copy of your commissioned artwork. I retain all the rights to my work, which include but are not limited to the right to distribute, reproduce, copy and/or use the image as a sample for sales or self-promotion.
-If you’d like the commission to remain private (not ever published anywhere), an extra can be charged.
-You are welcome to upload your commission to social media, as long as you give me credits for the work.
-I reserve the right to reuse sketches and design elements that were rejected by the commissioner for other commissions or personal works.Contact:

All payment should be in USD via Paypal or Wise. I will send an invoice.
Payment is due in full upfront for any commission equal to or below $250 USD.
For amounts greater than $250 USD, payment plans are available. These will depend on the price and your circumstances.
You’ll receive a small resolution for reviews in this case, and will receive the full resolution after final payment is made.General guidelines:
- Due to health problems, I generally do not accept tight deadline. Please consider before placing a commission.
-Please include visual references and a good description. The more info the better, references, colors, desired elements, facial expressions, etc. You can even send in your own sketch (stickmen would already be amazing enough!)
-I can draw OCs, animals, furry, dragons, creatures. Fanart: it depends, feel free to ask me about it or if you have any other question.
-I cannot draw: Robots, machinery, Gore, NSFW.
I reserve the right to decline a commission for any reason.Refunds and canceling:
If you wish to cancel your commission during the sketch stage you will be refunded 50% of what you’ve paid.
If you wish to cancel your commission after the sketching stage, there will be no refund.
You’ll receive a full refund if for any unjustifiable reason I’m unable to finish the commission.
This document can and will be edited at any time without the need of further notice.
